Doh Torl refers borrowers who have already learned and compared, to licensed lenders who pass our standard. If you disclose your full cost and collect fairly, we would like to list you.
The standard we hold
- Licensed or registered with the National Bank of Cambodia for the product listed.
- Full cost in dollars given to the customer in writing before signing.
- No threats, third-party contact or unlawful seizure in collections.
- Rates re-verified with us monthly. Unverified, your listing is hidden.
- No paying for position. Order is set by cost to the borrower.
How listing works

- 02We verify your licence, your pricing and your collections practice.
- 03You agree to the standard and to monthly rate verification.
- 04Your listing goes live, with the same fields as everyone else.
